“Incredible spot! The Lakeview Hideaway is perfectly positioned across from Lake Lorne Reserve, which is a beautiful and popular area for walking around the lake and bird watching. There are plenty of walking, running, and cycling tracks nearby, making it an ideal base for anyone who loves being outdoors. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet still within driving distance of Lorne, Apollo Bay, and other tourist attractions, without the hustle and bustle of those overcrowded areas. It’s the best of both worlds. The accommodation had everything we needed, a well‑equipped kitchenette, spacious layout, and a huge shower/bathroom area. Clean amenities, comfortable space, and on‑site parking made the stay even easier. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay again.”

“Great experience. It was a good weekend getaway. The size of the rooms were quite big. Nice service but the bedding had hair on it- not sure if the linen was changed after the previous customers…overall the stay was comfortable though. :)”

“Lakeview hideaway was perfectly set and so easily to get to everywhere we needed to go! Only slight noise from the roadway but the setting was lovely. Room is lovely and comfy but shower needs a little cleaning effort in the corners and grout where orange is appearing. We will definately be back, thank you so much!”

“Great location! Great size rooms! Bring along your own sponge to wash your dishes! Only 2 faults 1 was the big bed was way too soft, my husband just sank, not good for a bad back. 2 small fridge, we needed a medium fridge haha but we dont like to eat out for every meal. I gave the service a 4 as the best thing I've ever had to use is the key less door, just a code to get in is like our house, perfect! Clean pools and hot tub.”
